1
Play Therapy
Play therapy provides children ages 6 and up with a safe, supportive space to express thoughts and emotions through play. Using toys and games, children can process experiences, build coping skills, and develop emotional understanding.
2
Art Therapy
Art therapy offers a creative, intentional way to explore and process emotions that may be difficult to put into words. Through artistic expression, clients can access deeper insight, release stored experiences, and support healing in a safe, supportive space.
3
Therapeutic Yoga
Therapeutic yoga helps release stress and trauma stored in the body when the nervous system becomes stuck in fight, flight, freeze, or faint. Through gentle movement and breath, it supports regulation, safety, and reconnection with the body.
